We celebrated Ethan's birthday with a trip to Toys r Us and a small party at the park by our house. His friends, Emeline, Madisen, Julianna and Henry joined us. We had a really nice little party complete with cupcakes, ice cream and a few balloons. Although we sang the "Happy Birthday" song all day long, he still cried when the group sang to him. He knew that it was his special day though, which is what we hoped.
